But we understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that is why we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service within your first 30 days, simply let us know and your contract fees will be reversed. Plus, there is no advance notification to give, no paperwork to fill out, no red tape or catches whatsoever. If you have any questions, please feel free to email our sales team at sales@stronghub.com.

Refunds will not include any other charges incurred by customer such as web design, programming, additional disk space, additional monthly data transfer, setup fee, credit card processing fees, etc.

:: How to File for Cancellation/Refund ::
In the event you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days, please submit a copy of your activation letter (if that is not available see below) to sales@stronghub.com along with a request for cancellation and the reason why.

If you do not have a copy of your activation letter please include your: Name, Account Login, Password, and Domain Name to the above address. We will get back to you shortly, after we run your request.

* The above procedure also applies for non-refund cancellations (those that occur outside of the 30 day window).

:: Terms ::
Guarantee is VOID if your account violates our policies. This does not include reimbursement for domain name registration, or any other external services purchased while under StrongHub.  Make sure your files are backed up when you request for cancellation, as accounts and account backups will be promptly terminated. Refunds for accounts with payment methods besides Credit Card, including wire transfers, checks, and money orders, may take an extended amount of time to process. The window of this guarantee ends exactly 30 days from the date from which you signed up. After your 30 days are up, you cannot receive refund for the remainder of your contract, but may cancel at any time.
